SILENT AUCTION
FAQ
The silent auction consists of people browsing items on display during the conference and placing bids on a sheet. The items are donated by the participants and are typically clothing, household items, books, posters, artwork, etc. At the end of the event, the person who placed the highest bid on an item wins that item and can take it home.
Transactions related to the silent auction will be cash only.
The auction is a fundraiser for the Flamingo Specialist Group, and funds will be used to defray costs related to the symposium or support other FSG programs if there are any funds left over.
